At present, the development of science and technology is very rapid. My feeling is that such a rapid development of science and knowledge has a negative impact on man, human community and negatively affects nature and the whole Earth. Looking back, we see an exponentially increasing volume of human knowledge. Science and technology are divided into a large number of areas that are or are not interconnected.

Knowledge and scientific evidence depend on the level of measurement technology. What we cannot measure by direct or indirect methods does not prove to science that it is exiting. When our smallest measure of length is one meter, we measure the dimensions of our house, but do not measure the size of the human cell. In the case that our smallest length measure is the laser light wave length, we measure eg the size of cells by interferometry. Thus, we can continue further up to the cosmic rays of the cosmic rays and measure lengths well below 1 nm.

The development of knowledge of physics passed in a relatively short time from Newtonian physics through quantum physics to contemporary physics in which we realize "dark energy", "black holes" and their gravitational influence on surrounding bodies, etc. Just like dark energy, though it we cannot measure, we think of the slight loss of energy of the moving electron in vacuum and also of other phenomena.

In the field of psychotronics, however, the scientific perspective is different. There are many interesting phenomena happening in the world, for example they are classified as large multi-parametric systems expressing a minimum of parameters. For these systems it is difficult to implicitly or explicitly describe and find solutions to the system. For these systems we cannot prove the solution by measurement. Therefore, they do not exist. At the same time, it also uses psychotronics to detect the response of the human body to a particular stimulus. The detector is a pendulum, a dowsing rod or even a feeling of a testing person. This is a big problem. However, it follows that the detection of the problem depends on the psyche of the person, on his experience and the possibility to invent. Therefore, alternative medicine and healing techniques are rejected or very slowly accepted by the experts.

Statistical methods are used in all fields of science. They can be used to assess whether there is a high probability that the action has occurred. The same is true in medicine, where magnetic resonance imaging (MR) is used to evaluate, for example, the association of membrane permeability changes with disease development (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and other nerve diseases). Parameter changes of MR images are slight compared to noise, but statistical evaluation shows correlation of observed variables. Similarly, this is often the case when you visit a doctor. The follow-up will ask you how you feel and if you feel well, you are healthy. The new drug is tested in a complicated procedure to determine its effectiveness in influencing the disease and to evaluate the harmful effects of the drug. Evaluation is again using statistics. In the field of medicine it is similar. Based on experience and diagnosis, the healer will intervene to assess whether or not the patient has responded. If he applies the same method multiple times to the same problem, he can statistically evaluate the effectiveness of the effect. Therefore, the effect of the healer can also be statistically evaluated. From experience, however, this is a major problem. Rarely is science used to assess the effectiveness of healing intervention. However, this is quite clear when considering the economic side of various therapies.

My knowledge resulted in the following hypothesis. I am of the opinion that the universe is of a wave nature, that is, it consists of a set of waves that are characterized by amplitude and frequency. The waves are of the electromagnetic type and can be expressed using eg complete Maxwell equations. An important role is played by their arrangement, where rotation about the axis and its direction is important (known as quaternion expression of space - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quaternions_and_spatial_rotation). The set of selected groups of waves then creates a mass that we already perceive macroscopically and work with. The frequency of waves forming subatomic particles corresponds to the size of these particles and is very high. We also. The human body consists of cells, forming organs and parts of the body. The cells are composed of sub-chemically descriptive parts. Smaller structures are atoms, electrons, and other subatomic particles known to physics. These particles are again composed of smaller and smaller particles. It may be a fractal structure. From the viewpoint of human body function, the frequencies of the organ-forming waves are low. The parts are from waves with higher frequencies. And if we go further this way, we will find that our actions, thinking and reactions are given by waves of the highest frequencies, far higher than the animals, plants and the organic and inorganic world. That is why it is very effective to perform healing at the highest frequency level (mental body) and not in the physical body.
